I worked with DMC to overhaul and modernize all facets of their 20 year old program. DMC is the 3rd largest retailer of physical DVDs with over 3 million members with an average engagement cycle of over 2 years per member. We updated branding, messaging, program mechanics, usability, CRM tactics and lifecycle management, and marketing initiatives. This netted a 14% increase in acquisition and an 11% increase in LTV.
